Cancellation
You have 7 days before arrival to cancel with no charge. Miss that window and you are liable for the first night. Cancel inside 48 hours of check-in and you are liable for the entire stay.

Hospital stays and weather are a phone call. We would rather talk than surprise you. These terms also appear in Cloudbeds when you reserve.

Hospital stays
Baystate is across the street — a few minutes on foot.
Not a drive. Not a shuttle. Walk out of the inn, cross Springfield Street, and you are at Baystate. Families staying while someone is in the hospital get special rates and flexible dates. We will extend night by night when we can. Chambre Mansarde has a kitchen if you are here for a stretch. Call — do not take the first Expedia number.
